Refund Policy
Mailfed provides a “Forever Free Plan” for everyone to try out the product and services before committing to any paid plans. That’s how you can evaluate how good we are. If you’re not happy with the services, you can wait until you feel that we’ve improved enough before choosing a paid plan.
So, please be advised that we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
We will try to resolve any issues that you may face in Mailfed to your satisfaction. In an unfortunate event of failing to settle any dispute and if the subject is required to be taken to court, law suite must/will be filed under Kerala State jurisdiction, India only.
You may reach out to us for clarifications via –
1. Creating a support ticket. Go to Dashboard > Support tickets and create a ticket under sales department. (Recommended way)
2. Writing an email to support@mailfed.com with details.
3. Using contact form on the website.
